In ancient times, nepotism was considered the best way of employment. It is good for a family to engage the entire members into one single business instead of dispersing themselves into various jobs. This decision meets the great level of loyalty and ensures the success of their mutual business. They can take benefits from each other's experiences that would help them to avoid the mistakes. They can also learn from each others' mistakes and can avoid their repetition. They can decide something after consultation and can adopt the better strategy in certain complex situation. An individual can think only one way however team thinking and effort brings forth wonders.

The adaptation of nepotism not only flourishes one's business but also brings closer all the family members. The mutual business provides the opportunity to young members to serve the old ones. Nepotism discourages the growth of care centers and old houses that isolates the old members. It not only strengthens their business but also their family values.
