Having covered many basics such as learning how to operate the SEARCHERS, as INDEXED a Web page and the importance of LINKS, it is time to analyze a step that must be done before starting an SEO strategy and that is to do internal optimization of website.

This is critical because before you start creating external links and doing all the techniques of digital marketing, you should have all the internal structure list. It's like having all the electrical wires and plumbing ready for everything to work correctly when people start living there or receive visitors.

The first step to optimize a Web page is to have a keyword strategy. The reason is simple: For the people (and robots of search engines) to find a specific Web page you must have content within the page content that obviously gives overview and helpful information. The first step is to make a list of keywords and determine which ones are most important to begin to use techniques for better search engine positioning. Sounds simple but this step is not.

This is due to two reasons:

1 .- You can have words that will create traffic to the site (this also applies to Adwords), but is useless if visitors will not even be 20 seconds in it. It is better to have keywords that attract few visitors but high quality; this is known as "targeted traffic ".

2 .- You can choose keywords that have a lot of competition and therefore be too difficult to get technical SEO work to position the website for those specific keywords.
Now the objective is to create a list of keywords to achieve the point and avoid a point two. Do not forget to check often for updates.
